CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue offering the best possible scheduling options to my guests due to the demand of my time, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. -Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee per scheduled service does apply and will need to be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment. -Should you "NO CALL/NO SHOW" or day of cancellation, you may be subject to a fee equaling 100% of your scheduled services will apply and will need to be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment. -Should this happen on multiple occasions in addition to the above policies, a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of your service will be required in order to book any future appointments.
